| Details: | Called to leave a message for Lawana Mohn regarding the positive coliform sample dated October 6, 2022, and ended up talking to David Mohn. Mr. Mohn indicated he was aware of the positive sample. I explained that he or Lawana needed to collect one triggered source sample and three routine samples. He said he would talk to the lab about collecting additional samples. I also advised him to follow their coliform sampling plan. | ||
