| Details: | DBP Sampling Steve sampled his DBPs in August (received the sample results in September). He didn’t notice that the notes in the chemical sampling detail schedule says to take DBP samples in October. DMCE was contacted to see if the DBP sample in August can be counted for this year. DMCE clarified that collecting DBP samples in August is 2 months before so results don't count. Next steps: Steve was notified that he has to resample. |
