Details:	Firm had repeats that were positive for total coliform. A level 1 investigation is required, likely the issue is the hole in well head casing around electrical and crack in casing plate. The firm will get those items addressed, shock and flush the system. The firm will take three temporary routine samples in November to ensure the issue is resolved.
