Details:	Tracer study update 01.03.23 Sean Lloyd with Civil West emailed me reporting that he is still working on the tracer study calculations. He reached out to Steve to get the flow rates on either side of the clearwell to run the rough calculations and I have yet to hear back from him on those. I reached out to Steve this morning and asked him to contact Sean. Next steps: Complete the tracer study. Due date to complete the tracer study extended to March 31, 2023. 12.21.22 Zach emailed Sean requesting an update on the status of the tracer study. The most recent version of the tracer study methodology was attached to the email. 10.11.22 Sean spoke with Steve to schedule a trip to check on the system and get information needed for the tracer study methodology. Sean inquired about holding off on the tracer study now that the system has been granted SUDC funds to cover the cost of the new WTP and building renovations. I instructed Sean to move forward with the tracer study now because it will still be a while until they get their new WTP. Regarding the WIIN/SUDC grant, EPA already awarded the grant money to DWS. Casey is working with IFA to get them the project specific details. Next steps: Steve will complete the tracer study methodology and email me the final version for revision. 10.10.2022 Sean shared with Steve a list of questions needed for the tracer study methodology. Sean is planning to do a site visit tomorrow to verify any question that Steve may have not been able to answered and finish up the methodology.
