Details: IDSE Monitoring at sites 3 and 7.

1st collection of DBP samples done when WTP was unknowingly not running with coagulant and system was pre-chlorinating. A request was made by Jonathan to allow the system to resample for DBPs with the system operating without pre-chlorination and with the coagulant at the right dosage.

2nd collection of DBP samples done on October 1st. Results not available. The lab mistakenly batched the samples wrong and didn't run them in time.

3rd collection of DBP samples for IDSE monitoring collected at sites 3 and 7 on November 4, with the plant operating under normal conditions ( discontinued pre-chlorination and coagulant added to the water).

Next steps: DWS will make a determination on whether additional IDSE samples are needed (quarterly) or just go directly to regulatory monitoring of site 7, the site with highest for TTHM and HAA5.
