| Details: | Contacted Dan Rocha at 11:30 AM on 11/8/2018 to inform him on the TC + sample located at DIST-A. I informed him that he needed to take 3 repeat samples; one at the source, one 5 connections upstream, and 5 connections downstream. I also let him know that he will need to take triggered samples. I explained to him that he would be taking a total of 3 samples (2 will have a combined heading) one at SRC-BA- Well #2, one at SRC-EA- Well#5/SRC-EB-Well #6, and one at SRC-GB-Well3B/SRC-GA-Well3A. Each sample will need to be marked as triggered and the common header samples will need to be marked as CH-E and CH-G in the source ID box on the coliform lab reporting form. |
