11.28.2023-SW report for October-nonreporting and nonreported RT sample for May 2023:
I email Daniel inquiring about the SW report for October. He was reminded that these reports must be sent to DMCE no later than the 10th day of the following month. Daniel informed me that he took the paper and got it signed by the DRC and forgot to email it.


10.12.2022-SW report for September-nonreporting:
I email Daniel inquiring about the SW report for September. He was reminded that these reports must be sent to DMCE no later than the 10th day of the following month. Daniel informed me that he had the report signed on the 9th, but forgot to email it to DMCE until the 11th. I recommended sending the reports on the 5th day of the following month and setting up a reoccurring reminder on his phone.
