Details:	Emailed Robert to inform him of his two violations. One for submitting the August GWR late and another for not submitting a coliform sample for September. He will get in the September GWR ASAP and will contact the lab to make sure they are actually submitting the samples to the State. He is pretty sure that both September and October samples had been taken.
