| Details: | Called and left a message for Jim Mclaren regarding the positive coliform sample and the three temporary routine samples collected in September that were marked incorrectly as repeat samples. Explained that he needed to collect three repeat samples and one triggered source sample. The system will also need to collect three temporary routine samples in November. A copy of the violation and monitoring schedule was emailed to Mr. Mclaren. | ||
