| Details: | An email was sent to the operator on 10/12/22, which said: "...Dave Nunn, The online water system database has alerted us that ‘Windance’ (public water system) is in violation of water quality monitoring and reporting requirements... This means that ‘Windance’ (public water system) failed to collect water test samples for microbiological contaminates (total coliform bacteria)... We noted a June 15th, 2022, Hood River News article stating that Windance Board Shop changed owners recently... Today we contacted Nick Caccavo via phone and acquired updated contact information. Given recent changes, we propose changing the name of the public water system to better reflect the nature of the system. Perhaps ‘Windance Business Park’ public water system. Thoughts? At a minimum, we need to formally update your contact information for the online database... You may do this by reply email. Please send us the updated: • Updated system name (see recommendation above) • Formal system contact: name/person • System mailing address • System phone number o A secondary emergency phone number (that we would not share with the public) is also needed • Preferred email address for water system business communications. If you require technical assistance to resolve these issues, please contact our office directly (541-387-6885). We appreciate your cooperation on this matter..."
