Details: Routine coliform 10/5 TC+. System took two routines in October following TC+ in September. Well sample absent but south port sampling station TC+. Called and left message to take repeats and triggered. Amanda called 10/12 to ask about additional sampling. System will need 3 repeats. Source sample taken 10/5 labeled assessment can be used as triggered. Results will dictate further action. System may required level 2 investigation.
