| Details: | Received email from system that contractor broke water line and system lost pressure. System distributed boil water notice 10/4 pm via email, phone and face to face. Water line repaired and replaced same night. Flushed system and 3 special samples on 10/5 all absent. System sent copy of boil notice. | ||
