| Details: | Email set to City of Cascade Locks on 10/12/22, which said: "...The City of Cascade Locks (public water system) generated a violation under the Corrosion Control rules, during the August monitoring period... The source of the violation was that the ‘Entry-Point’ water quality parameter monitoring report was not submitted/received for August, which is due monthly. We did receive the ‘Distribution’ monitoring report (see email string below); this report is due every 6 months... In order to resolve the violation, either submit the August monitoring report (late)... or, continue taking required measurements, and submitting future reports on time (which I can see that you have already done for the September monitoring period). Please let me know if you have any questions..." |
