Details:	Sent the operator for Rowena Crest Manor an email to inform her that all of the repeat samples came back positive for total coliform. I attached a level 1 investigation form for her to fill out and return to NCPHD within 30 days. *Called the operator to ensure that she received my email and she did. She will be submitting the level 1 investigation as soon as possible.
