| Details: | Our central office received, scanned and emailed me the Level 1 Investigation from Gingerich Farms. The form indicates that sample points with aerators were used for the positive samples. The system has identified an alternate sampling site that does not have an aerator and will use this fixture for future routine samples. | ||
