Details:	Survey deficiency follow up Ty contacted me and reported that the pressure gauges before and after the cartridge filters were replaced on July 28, 2022. Since then he has been replacing the filters based on the manufacturer's recommended pressure differential. Regarding the other deficiencies still pending, he requested a time extension. Time extension granted: - February 28, 2023: update the operation and maintenance manual, emergency response plan and the protocol for under-certified operators. - December 31, 2022: install a vent on the storage tank, calibrate and adjust the flow on the turbidimeter. The system is currently addressing other operational issues caused by the low water level in the Creek.
