| Details: | Spoke to Jon about lead sample. Asked how and where samples were taken. Jon said the sample that was taken from the men's wash station could have been a mixed cold and hot water tap. He confirmed with his building maintenance department that the sample site was from a mixed hot and cold water tap. Requested a sample invalidation on 10/12/22. | ||
