| Details: | Visited firm to do a level 2 investigation and also to visit about one repeat sample being positive. Turns out firm is sampling from swivel faucets, thus likely causing the total coliform positives. The restroom sink is the only sink in the facility that is not swivel, discussed that aerator would need to be removed when it is sampled from that location. | ||
