| Details: | I received the violation notice on 10/11/22 for Camp Alpine. I emailed the Camp contact. They reported back that the system was tested on August 16th. The camp caretaker sent the lab report to me. There was a problem with the reporting slip. It was entered as City of Monroe Alpine Camp with the City of Monroe ID number. The City of Monroe has two entries for August one of which is on August 16th with the same testing location indicated. I emailed the lab to get this corrected. I also counseled the Camp caretaker over the phone to insure the lab reporting slip reflected Camp Alpine with the correct ID number. I sent the caretaker the link to Camp Alpine in SDWIS. |
