| Details: | I emailed Richard Belcher. This water system was reactivated in February. They are an NTNC and submitted one coliform sample to date. They received a violation for not submitting a third quarter sample coliform sample for 2022. I met with them in person over the summer and sent emails on what needs to be done to maintain compliance. I explained the violation points systems and that if they became a PNC they could receive a formal enforcement notice. |
