| Details: | I emailed Eric Thompson on 10/13/22 to inform him that the third quarter 2022 coliform test was not submitted and violation had occurred. He reported that they have a third party contractor that tests the system. He will be checking in with them to find out why it was missed. they are scheduled for a survey on 10/18/22. I will discuss the source water testing requirement also. They received a violation in 2021 for not reporting a source sample. The system has UV disinfection. | ||
