| Details: | The operator contacted me this morning regarding the routine samples that was submitted on Friday 10/14. He was notified by the lab on Saturday that it was present for Total Coliform. We discuss the Level 2 Investigation I proposed last week and whether or not the owner of the property would like to be present for this site visit. I confirmed with him that 3 distribution and one well sample is required to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving notification. We discussed the two disinfection types. | ||
