| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator regarding the system missing their 3rd quarter coliform sample. I was informed that the system has been having source issues and they have taken it upon themselves to deepen the well, discovered additional sources that were capped off, changed a water line and have been having total coliform issues ever since. The system said they are in the process of installing UV. I explained that this process may require plan review as there seems to be major changes to the system. It was explained that the system is still responsible for submitting 4th quarter coliform and annual nitrate. A plan review engineer for Lake County will be contacted and connected with the operator. | ||
