| Details: | Dan and I had a meeting to discuss survey deficiencies noted on the December 2, 2021 survey. I provided him with information to create an emergency response plan, coliform sampling plan, how to get backflow devices tested, submitted for enabling authority and creating an operations and maintenance manual. I extended the dates to November 1, 2022 until they are corrected or a corrective action plan is submitted. | ||
