| Details: | Mary Lou Warren contacted me in the afternoon on 11/8/2018. She said that all 3 of her repeat samples came back TC+. I informed her that she will have to fill out a Level 1 investigation form and send it back to me within 30 days. She believes that the TC+ was caused by a leak at well #1. Donovan Sippel is going to fix the leak when they install the chlorine injector. | ||
