Details:	LEFT VOICEMAIL FOR CONTACT REGARDING THE WATER QUALITY ALERT AND THE EXPECTATIONS FOR 3 REPEAT SAMPLES (1 UPSTREAM, 1 DOWNSTREAM, AND 1 AT THE SOURCE) AS WELL AS A TRIGGERED/WELL SAMPLE.
