| Details: | Called Bryce Whisenant at 8:32am on 10/24/22. Informed Bryce that we received a total coliform positive alert sampled from CARETAKERS HOUSE HB - DIST-A. Bryce stated that he is not aware of what would have caused this. Told Bryce that following the positive sample, he will take one triggered sample at the source and three repeat samples (one at the same sample site, one within five connections upstream, and one within five connections downstream). Also told operator that between 11/1/22-11/30/22, three repeat temporary routine samples should be taken. Reiterated the same information via email at 8:38am. | ||
