| Details: | I emailed Dan with a corrective action plan update as their due date is near for significant deficiency corrections from the 12/02/21 survey. Dan emailed me back and requested a 2 week extension, as they are trying to sort out information to proceed with the corrections. I granted them a 2 week extension for all pending deficiencies. | ||
