| Details: | Left message for Doug to let him know that he has passed his due date for corrective actions and wanted to see if they had made any corrections since the last time we gave them an extension. Currently waiting on a response. *Update* Spoke with Doug to let him know that he would be receiving an enforcement letter for corrective actions past due and to let me know if he needed any support to correct the deficiencies found during the 2021 survey that I could help him get them done. Doug will continue to try and correct the deficiencies. |
