| Details: | I tried to call Lloyd but there was no answer and his voice mailbox is full. I sent him an email asking for a call back to discuss next steps regarding the recent lead exceedance. I also called the main office and left my phone number with reception asking for a return call from Lloyd or someone else from maintenance. 10/27/22: After consulting with the water system an invalidation request was sent to OHA DWS for two sample locations. 11/2/22: OHA DWS reviewed all of the LCR sample sites with information provided from the WS and has invalidated 3 samples due to not being collected at valid LCR sample locations. The system now has 20 days (11/22) to resample at the alternate locations provided and 10 additional days (12/2) to report the results to DWS. I emailed the WS a copy of the LC site selection document. |
