| Details: | I contacted Jim McLaren and had a discussion on the repeat coliform positive samples. He states there is no known contamination point which may contribute to the positives. This system is hauling water temporarily from city of LaPine to the ranger station. He states they have been receiving the water with about a 0.4 ppm concentration of chlorine. I stated it may be prudent for him to request an increase in residual chlorine at delivery to about 1.0-1.5 ppm. He plans to request this and submit the level 1 investigation to me soon. |
