Details:	I called Marlowe regarding the 3rd quarter nitrate violation. He said he collected the sample and submitted it to the lab on 9/30. He followed up with the lab and called me back. The lab was not able to test for nitrate because he did not submit the proper bottle. Marlowe thought total coliform and nitrate could be done with the same bottle. Marlowe said he will collect a 4th quarter nitrate sample asap.
