| Details: | Called Bryce on 11/1/22 at 8:48am. Told Bryce that a Level 1 investigation was generated because results for the triggered sample following the Total Coliform positive(generated 10/24) were not reported. Bryce stated that the samples have not yet been taken but that he will get on it as soon as possible. Followed up by email - sent copy of letter and level 1 investigation form, asked Bryce to complete it in 30 days. Bryce confirmed receipt of email. | ||
