Details: Diana e-mailed me notifying me that she had taken samples from an incorrect location and would have to re-take and submit samples on 10/3. I notified her that this would be outside of the monitoring period and she would receive a violation. I sent her the Lead and Copper Site Selection document for her to review and reminded her to take and submit samples within the monitoring period.
