| Details: | Called Monica at 3:54pm on 11/2/22 and left a voicemail. Informed Monica that we received a total coliform positive at the Oak Villa sample site. Told Monica that she needs to take three triggered samples (one at Oak villa sample site, one within five connections upstream, and one within five connections downstream), as well as four triggered samples at the following wells: GWR: 4 Triggered sample(s) to be taken and reported 11/01/2022 - 11/12/2022 1 at SRC-BA - WELL #2 (ORCHARD) 1 at SRC-DA - WELL #4 (RANKIN) 1 at CH-E - COMMON HEADER FOR WTP-E 1 at CH-G - COMMON HEADER FOR WTP-G Told Monica that all triggered and repeat samples are due by 11/12/22. Asked Monica to return my call and clarify which wells were in operation at the time of the sample. Followed up with Mat Jensen ( water operator) on 11/4/2022 at 2:27 PM. Operator confirmed that they receive our voicemail and took the repeat samples. Repeat samples came back free of TC. - CT |
