| Details: | The water system was contacted on November 1 due to TC+ RP samples in Dist-A taken on October 28. The recent water sample results have triggered a Level 1 Coliform investigation. The water system was told an individual with knowledge of your water system must complete the investigation and correct any sanitary defects found as soon as possible. The completed form must be signed, dated and submitted to me by November 30, 2022. Failure to do so may result in a violation. If you are unable to correct any defects before submission, indicate when you believe the defect(s) will be corrected on the investigation form. | ||
