| Details: | Routine coliform and source assessment sample 11/2/22 both T C+. Received call from Tom at Umpqua lab and called Jeff at Knife River. No additional repeats required at this time since 2+ samples confirms the positive. One sample was from the source so should act as triggered source sample. System needs to find and fix via inspection, flushing, chlorination and take 3 temporary routine samples in December. Will continue to communicate with Jeff at Knife River to correct and resample. | ||
