| Details: | Went to visit the mobile home park at 4833 hwy 20 Sweet Home OR 97386. Then went to their office and spoke with Tia who is the office manager. Reminded her that the water system is behind in sampling for Coliform and Nitrate. I also got a hold of the company that takes their samples (Big Valley Pump Service) and spoke to Jeremy about gathering the correct forms to submit coliform and nitrate. Told Mia to let Victor Manuel know that they have to complete the 4th quarter coliform testing and yearly nitrate testing for 2022. | ||
