Details: Email contact with operator regarding mcl violation. System noted it received the report on 10/31 and contact local company to check water systems treatment on 11/4.

Update: 11/4 system had Colligan water inspect treatment. Treatment media was determined to be no longer effective as demand has increased. Media to be changed out by 11/11 and new arsenic samples will be taken demonstrating if treatment repair was successful.

System also noted possibly replacing treatment, provided contact information for states plan review office encase treatment is to change.

Discussed increased monitoring to monthly to ensure compliance with maintaining treatment.
