Details: Contacted Daniel Graber by phone on 10/17/22 at 9:30am. Informed Daniel that a level 1 investigation has been generated because repeat samples were not received and that the system now has a violation because triggered samples were not received. Explained to Daniel the process of a Level 1 investigation and recommended he take the small water systems course. Also discussed taking special samples after we receive results for the repeat and triggered samples in order to rule out coliform.

Asked Daniel if he has taken repeat and triggered samples yet. Daniel states that yes, samples were taken and submitted to WaterLab on 10/14/22. Daniel will check with WaterLab and see if the samples were submitted to (and received by) the state by the deadline (10/16/22). Daniel will contact the office after talking with WaterLab.

Sent Daniel an email at 10:00am on 10/17/22 including the letter from the state and a L1 investigation form.

Daniel called at 10:17 am on 10/17/2022 and stated that one of the repeat samples ( Janitors closet) came back positive for TC. I told him to go through the Level 1 Investigation form to determine the cause of the TC + and send it back to our office within 30 days with a corrective action plan. I discussed taking special samples after the corrective action, to confirm the system is clear of TC. - CT

Contacted the water operator on 11/14/2022 to remind them that the Level 1 Investigation is due on 11/17/2022. - CT
