| Details: | As a result of the water systems numerous violations for the failure to collect samples for coliform and the failure to send in Surface Water Treatment Reports, the water system was contact by phone during the Month of August 2018. The voice mailbox was full so an email was sent to the Latgawa Methodist Church Camp mailbox listed on their website. No response was received from the water system. The water system was again contacted on November 13, 2018, by email. Sam Grainger sent an email response with copies of SWTR reports for the following time periods: June 2017 thru September 2017 and June 2018 thru August 2018. Mr. Grainger was later contacted by phone and was informed that the SWTRs need to be sent directly to the DMCE email box. He was also informed about the requirement to collect coliform samples from the distribution system and also collect E. coli samples for the LT2 monitoring requirement. Mr. Grainger indicated he was not aware of the LT2 monitoring requirement and that he sent the missing reports to the DMCE mailbox. DWS informed Mr. Grainger that the system file would be reviewed to see if a copy the LT2 Monitoring Requirement letter was sent to the system and if not a new letter would be mailed out to the system. | ||
