| Details: | Called and informed Lawana that their water system needs to complete a Level 1 Investigation for the failure to collect 3 repeat samples and triggered source sample. Also, informed he that they are receiving violations for the failure to collect monthly coliform samples. I explained that they need to collect monthly samples for 12 consecutive months. Also, emailed a copy of the Level 1 Investigation form. | ||
