| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Russ Kazmierczak reached out to Civil West on July 1st, 2022 indicating that the City of Boardman needed an MPA test done on their Ranney collector #2 to determine the magnitude of surface water influence risk. Assistance Provided: Brad Jones set up and ran an MPA test from 3:30 pm on July 11th, until 7:49 am on July 12th. Follow-Up Actions Needed: None. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: The results of the test indicated a not significant risk factor of “NS”. The results were provided to the City and OHA on July 19th, 2022. Please see the attached chain of custody and MPA results sheets. |
