Details:	Background/Problem Identification: The circuit rider was contacted by the water system and requested assistance with connecting to the City of Junction City. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider was able to make contact with the system via email. The system replied that they were too busy this time of year and that they were busy through the end of July.
