| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: The circuit rider was contacted by Tillamook County and was requested to assist Nantucket Shores with an IDSE and related water system sampling for DBPs. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider corresponded with the water system periodically over phone and email. The circuit rider needs a water system map to complete the IDSE. The water system has been unresponsive and unable to produce a map of the water system. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to assist further if the water system can make contact with a water system map. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: N/A |
