| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Madrone Hill Mobile Home Park is a well taken care of system but has an aging and leaking concrete ground storage tank. Owner would like an evaluation of the system via an on site consultation. Assistance Provided: Matthew Boley met on site with John MacDiarmid to evaluate system and provide feedback. Overall, the system is in great shape, but there are improvements that should be made to the concrete ground storage tank. The tank is close to the end of its useful life and needs either significant repairs or full replacement. An application for a Sustainable Infrastructure Planning Project (SIPP) forgivable loan would be useful in obtaining funding to complete a feasibility study analyzing the different options available. Follow-Up Actions Needed: Second CR request will be opened for SIPP application. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: SIPP application to be submitted prior to September 15, 2022 deadline. |
