Details: Background/Problem Identification:

The circuit rider was contacted by Angela Roe of Eola Inn and requested assistance with their well and coliform issues.

Assistance Provided:

The circuit rider reached back out to the water system several times via phone to make an appointment for a site visit. The circuit rider was unable to contact the water system and received no calls back after several voicemails were left for the water system.t
