Details:	Background/Problem Identification: Kent Downs reached out to Civil West on April 4th, 2022 and said that the Camp Myrtlewood water system needs help figuring out the optimal plumbing configuration for two plastic storage tanks (2,500 ga each) installed in 2020. Additionally, the operator of the system requested recommendations to improve the spring catchment structure/raw water line. The Camp Myrtlewood system currently provides treated water to 6 connections drawn from two unnamed spring sources throughout the year and seasonally from Myrtle Creek. Assistance Provided: We assessed piping layout and water source catchment alternatives to the existing system and propose the following modifications included in the attached memo. 1. Reconfiguration of piping to and from the recently installed 2,500 ga storage tanks to increase raw water storage and settling capacity 2. Water springs catchment improvements alternatives Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to assist further as needed.
