| Details: | Two repeats tc+ following November 1, 2022 positive routine. Triggered well sample absent. Spoke with Dennis and they will chlorinate reservoir/distribution. We discussed chlorinating to approx. 5 ppm. Dennis will inform users of chlorination. Sent Level 1 investigation. System will take follow up samples once no more residual. | ||
