| Details: | I spoke with Amanda regarding the TC+ result and the need for a triggered raw sample from the well, and three repeat samples from the distribution system. Amanda thinks it was probably operator error, moving to fast to try to get the sample done quickly. Amanda mentioned that they have been shocking the well with chlorine more frequently than in the past as a preventative measure. I questioned the reasoning, as there haven't been any positive coliform results in some time, and that frequent introduction of chlorine into the well might have unforeseen consequences. |
